Georginia Daniel-Amadi is the Managing Partner of GEDA Legal and a highly accomplished legal practitioner with over eight years of post-call experience. She is recognised for her strategic approach to legal practice, strong advocacy skills, commercial insight, and unwavering commitment to achieving practical outcomes for her clients.
Georginia obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Rivers State University in 2017 and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, in 2018. She distinguished herself as an exceptional student at the Nigerian Law School, emerging as Best Student in Property Law and Second Best Student in Corporate Law Practice in her class. She subsequently completed her Bar Final examinations with First Class honours and was awarded the Director-General's Prize for First Class in recognition of her outstanding academic performance.
Following her call to the Nigerian Bar, Georginia commenced her legal career in Port Harcourt, where she developed a strong foundation in litigation, commercial transactions, property practice, and client advisory.
In 2021, she joined J.K. Gadzama LLP, one of Nigeria's leading full-service law firms, where she assumed a leadership role and headed the firm's Maiduguri Branch. In that capacity, she was responsible for the strategic management of the branch, supervision of legal matters, client relationship management, and delivery of legal services across a broad range of practice areas.
In 2023, Georginia transitioned into private practice and founded GEDA Legal, where she continues to lead the firm's growing practice and advise clients across Nigeria. Under her leadership, the firm has developed a reputation for providing practical, commercially conscious, and results-oriented legal solutions to individuals, businesses, and organisations.
A significant aspect of Georginia's practice is her track record in debt recovery and commercial dispute resolution. She has successfully recovered over a billion Naira for clients across Nigeria, leveraging a combination of strategic negotiation, advocacy, dispute resolution, and litigation to protect and advance her clients' interests.
Her core areas of practice include Corporate & Commercial Law, Real Estate Law and Practice, Debt Recovery, Regulatory Compliance, and Commercial Advisory. She regularly advises clients on complex commercial and property transactions, corporate structuring, regulatory obligations, contractual matters, and strategies for protecting and enforcing their legal and commercial interests.

Marvellous attended the University of Maiduguri, where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in 2024. She proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
She is currently an Associate at GEDA Legal, where she is involved in real estate advisory, legal research, regulatory petitions and correspondence — including matters involving the EFCC and CAC — company secretarial matters, and court documentation.
Marvellous has a keen interest in Property Law, Corporate Compliance, and Commercial Legal Practice. She is committed to providing practical, detail-oriented, and client-focused legal solutions, supported by strong research, communication, and administrative skills.
